By accessing and using InvoiceKit ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceKit provides online invoice generation, management, and tracking services. The service allows users to create, customize, and download professional invoices, manage clients, and track payments.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans

InvoiceKit offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 3 invoices per month with basic features
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited invoices with advanced features

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you select. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using InvoiceKit (invoices, client data, business information). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create and the consequences of using our Service to generate and distribute invoices.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Data Backup

While we implement reasonable data backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your content. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by InvoiceKit and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InvoiceKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InvoiceKit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
